Why go to therapy?Therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and address issues such as overthinking, people-pleasing, depression, work-related stress, and low self-esteem. You DO NOT have to be in crisis to start therapy. Through therapy, you can gain insights into your thought patterns, learn coping skills, and build resilience, leading to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Taking the step to seek therapy is a proactive way to invest in your mental health and personal growth.

If I don't live in VA or FL can we still meet?No. Therapist can only provide services in the state they are licensed in. I am only licensed to work with residents of Virginia and Florida.

Why telehealth ?Telehealth allows you to attend therapy sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home, which can be particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those living in remote areas. It also helps reduce the stigma that some may feel when attending in-person appointments. My telehealth services are designed to be as compassionate and supportive as our in-office sessions, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care no matter where you are. Empowering mental wellness through compassionate care is at the heart of what we do, and telehealth is one of the ways we extend our reach to support your mental health journey.

How often will we meet?I request weekly therapy for the first 4 weeks so we can really build a comfortable space for you. Afterwards, we can determine the frequency to see if bi-weekly sessions are more appropriate for your needs.
